Google says that that it has experienced some challenges in trying to increase the number of minorities who work there. However, it says that attrition rates are relatively high and that there has been some resistance from employees. One man filed a lawsuit against the company saying that it was biased against white men and conservatives. The plaintiff had posted a memo suggesting that men were better leaders than women.
